Another Royal Baby Is Due In April!
Earlier this week, Kensington Palace announced that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are expecting their second child in April 2015.
Their second baby will be fourth in line to the throne behind one-year old Prince George who was born on July 22nd last year, as well as Prince Charles and Prince William.
Although Kate’s pregnancy was announced last month, the due date of late April was only released in the last few days.
There is even a chance that Kate and William may be celebrating the birth of their second child to coincide with their fourth wedding anniversary on 29th April.
If the Royal baby arrives a little earlier than expected there is also a chance the latest addition to the Royal family will share a birthday with the Queen, the baby’s great-grandmother, on 21st April.
The same month is also the 10th wedding anniversary of the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall (9th April).
Alternatively, if he or she is late, William and Kate’s baby could even have its birthday on election day which is 7th May 2015.
Momentous occasions of a royalty nature are always eagerly anticipated and excitement is sure to grow as the imminent arrival of a new Royal gets ever closer.
Certainly a Royal Baby is big news around the world. When the birth of George Alexander Louis of Cambridge was announced, thousands of people descended upon Buckingham Palace to see the official announcement which was presented on a wooden easel embellished with gold. Indeed the birth of Prince George was top of the news agenda worldwide for more than a week and the forthcoming birth promises to be global news too.
According to bookmakers, when it comes to the name of the next Royal Baby, Elizabeth, Victoria and Alexandra are amongst the girls names most favoured, whilst for a boy, fancied names include James, Phillip and Henry.
