With Drop & Go, you do not have to waste time queuing, printing labels or weighing your parcels. This fast track service is available in 97% of Post Office branches and parcels are processed the same day. Currently, over 100,000 customers are using the service.
How to Sign Up for Drop & Go
You can sign up for this service at your local Post Office branch or, online at the Post Office Drop & Go website here. Once you have completed your registration you just need to go to your local Post Office branch with some ID to collect your Drop & Go card.
Your Drop & Go card is a prepaid card that you can top up online or at your Post Office branch. When you need to send some mail, simply complete your parcel manifest and drop your parcels off at the fast track counter at your local branch. The delivery cost will be deducted from your prepaid Drop & Go card.
Finally, you can keep updated on the status of your parcels by tracking them online. In addition, for any items requiring a tracked service or certificate of posting, your local branch will keep the receipts for you which you can collect.
Please note: Do make sure to check with your local branch for confirmation of cut-off times for the Drop & Go service as these vary depending on the individual branch.
